Our 3 Cents - Worlds Collide 2022
Welcome to Our 3 Cents! NXT UK has come to an end and it’s time to bring everything together. Tonight’s card features a lot of championship unification matches as we forge into a new times with the crossover melding into one. Without further to do......
John: 30-9 (77%)
Lonnie: 29-10 (74%)
Jesse: 23-16 (59%)
Let's take a look at the card:

NXT Women's Tag Team Championship Match
Katana Chance & Kayden Carter (champs) vs. Nikki ASH & Doudrop
Jesse: I wish Doudrop would A. Get her original name back and B. Get away from Nikki. Send Nikki back to her NXT mysterious ways and give Doudrop a push to be a Vader type of the women division. But with this match, Kayden and Katana aren’t going to lose this soon.
W: Katana Chance & Kayden Carter
Lonnie: Nikki and Doudrop are challenging here because they are Scottish and not doing a damn thing on the main roster. Carter and Chance should win this because it will be so dumb to have them lose to two people who haven’t done anything meaningful in months.
W: Katana Chance & Kayden Carter
John: Chance and Carter finally won the big one after so many tries. There's absolutely no way they drop the straps this quick. Nikki and Doudrop are merely here to give the champs a nice defense on a premium event. The champs should have no problems here.
W: Katana Chance & Kayden Carter

NXT North American Championship Match
Carmelo Hayes (champ) vs. Ricochet
Jesse: I think Ricochet deserves some time in NXT. It’s where he can show off his skill set for a while and also help push some of the younger guys, like Carmelo. This will probably be the match of the night and I think Ricochet will make Carmelo look like a star.
W: Carmelo Hayes
Lonnie: While I know it can work out (Finn and Mandy for example), I’m not a fan of main roster people returning to NXT. Maybe Triple H just wanted to keep Ricochet relevant here while he finds what to do with him on the main roster. Obviously these guys are super talented and the match should be great. Hayes should win here unless he himself is getting called up.
W: Carmelo Hayes
John: Easily the match I'm most looking forward to. I'm a very big fan of Hayes and Ricochet can go and his NXT run was great. Much like the women's tag, I think Ricochet is here to make Hayes look like a million bucks. Unless Ricochet is planning to stay in NXT long term, there's no reason for a title change here. Hayes wins and stays :The A Champion" what should be an awesome match.
W: Carmelo Hayes

Fatal Four Way Elimination Tag Team Championship Unification Match
The Creed Brothers (NXT Tag Team Champs) vs. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen (NXT UK Tag Team Champs) vs. Gallus vs. Pretty Deadly
Jesse: If Ricochet/Carmelo is match of the night, this will be a close second. I think Gallus is the best team of all of them and most experienced so they deserve to win this match and have a run with the titles.
W: Gallus
Lonnie: Obviously some UK champ should win a unification match and I haven’t picked a UK champ yet. Therefore I’ll go with Briggs/Jensen because that’s better than rolling a dice to try and pick this one.
W: Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen
John: All these teams can go and I'm personally a fan of them all except Briggs and Jensen. They just don't do it for me for some reason. I could see some Diamond Mine issues causing the Creeds to lose. That leaves Pretty Deadly and Gallus. Both of which are awesome but since Gallus recently debuted I see them getting the big win to help establish them as a top team.
W: Gallus

Triple Threat Women's Championship Unification Match
Mandy Rose (NXT Women's Champ) vs. Blair Davenport vs. Meiko Satomura (NXT UK Women's Champ)
Jesse: Mandy has been champ for far too long, so I don’t think she will win it. I don’t really see a way that Meiko can win and have a good run as champ, which lead me to why they put Blair Davenport in this match. She’s young, has been getting a good push and seems to be everything NXT wants in a champ. She wins and starts a dominant run as women's champ.
W: Blair Davenport
Lonnie: How huge would it be for Davenport to end two 300+ day title reigns at the same time? While I don’t really see Mandy losing, the event being in the UK does give me pause. At the end of the day Mandy wins in heel fashion.
W: Mandy Rose
John: This is tough in my opinion. I could make a case for any of the three, Blair could make a huge statement by ending two really long championship reigns at once. Mandy can continue her run even if Toxic Attraction is needed for that. Lastly, Meiko could carry over her dominance from NXT UK to NXT. It's an honest toss up but I think Toxic Attraction will be the difference maker and help Mandy take home all the gold. It would mean more for her to lose her championship in a singles match.
W: Mandy Rose

Championship Unification Match
Bron Breakker (NXT Champ) vs. Tyler Bate (NXT UK Champ)
Jesse: Either this match will be really good, or this match will fall flat. I kind of wish Bate could win, but I don’t see it happening because they want Bronn to look strong before his call up to the main roster in the near future. I can see Bate losing this match then getting himself called up to hopefully team back up with his old friend Pete Dunne.
W: Bron Breakker
Lonnie: This should be a really good match and will be a really big win for whoever pulls it off. I see Bate staying in NXT for a while as I feel his presence is needed to help NXT Europe. We all know Breakker on the main roster is only a matter of time. However, with all the other debuts/returns on the main roster I see Breakker staying in NXT through WrestleMania. That being said, Breakker get the big win to continue his rise to stardom.
Winner: Bron Breakker
John: Much like the women's triple threat, I can make a case for both guys. The winner of this match depends on the future plans of both men. I think the loser is destined to go to the main roster. I think both could do great things on Raw or Smackdown so that makes this that much harder to pick. I wish this match wasn't so rushed but I think Breakker continues his dominance. Bate puts in a hell of an effort but Breakker will be too much.
W: Bron Breakker
