Our 3 Cents - Survivor Series 2022

Welcome to Our 3 Cents! War Games has finally come to Raw and Smackdown as Triple H has brought it to Survivor Series! Those matches look to carry the card. Without further to do......

John: 51-13 (80%)

Lonnie: 45-19 (70%)

Jesse: 39-25 (61%)

Let's take a look at the card:

Triple Threat Match for the WWE United States Championship

Bobby Lashley vs. Seth "Freakin" Rollins (champ) vs. Austin Theory

Jesse: What in the hell is this match? Theory already had the bonehead move of the year by cashing in on an open challenge and now he has snapped but not enough to be champ again. Lashley just getting thrown in because he needed something to do till his next match with Brock, and Seth should have been in the War Games match. I think Seth wins but continues on with the Theory feud.

W: Seth "Freakin" Rollins

Lonnie: This match is very important to Theory’s career. Either they let him redeem himself from his stupid cash in and correct course back to how he was under Vince. Or they are going to make him take the pin fall. I think they are just going to finish burying him. Lashley destroys Theory and Rollins sneaks in to get the pinfall.

W: Seth "Freakin" Rollins

John: What a mess the US title scene is. In my opinion, Lashley should of never lost it but I understand him not being champion for when he faced Lesnar. Don't get me started on Theory's cash in. I dare say it was the worst cash in ever. It would of been better if he just got squashed by Reigns. Now that we have Rollins as champion, I see no reason for him to drop the title. He can be the strong champion Raw needs since Reigns has a firm grip on the Universal title. Rollins should hold the gold until Cody comes back.

W: Seth "Freakin" Rollins

AJ Styles w/ The O.C. vs. Finn Balor w/ Judgment Day

Jesse: If this match was in a vacuum, I think it would be a match of the year contender, but I worry about outside interference. Since Finn has been on a hot streak lately, I think he takes the loss here and the storyline continues.

W: AJ Styles

Lonnie: Styles is about to do what we all do every week......take out the trash!!  With the OC and Mia at his side to level the playing field it’s finally time for Styles to get a win over the Judgement day. With Rhea tied up in war games and Dominic not being great Balor will have to do it alone which I doubt he can do.

W: AJ Styles

John: Styles finally has back up in the form of the O.C. Balor and Judgment Day have gotten the best of this feud thus far. If Balor wins this, that should be the end of it but Styles winning would continue this. I lean more towards this continuing and Styles doesn't have a singles pay-per-view win in three years. He's overdue to say the least. This feud will continue until about Rumble time so Styles should win.

W: AJ Styles

WWE Smackdown Women's Championship Match

Ronda Rousey (champ) vs. Shotzi

Jesse: I’m glad Shotzi is getting this match to prove herself, but this will not be a good match.

W: Ronda Rousey

Lonnie: It’s really nice to see Shotzi get a championship opportunity. However, she doesn’t stand a chance and she will lose in what should be the shortest match of the night.

W: Ronda Rousey

John: I appreciate Shotzi getting a chance but she has zero chance in winning the gold. Rousey should win pretty easily has we get ready for WrestleMania season.

W: Ronda Rousey

Women's War Games Match

Bianca Belair (WWE Raw Women's Champ), Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim, & Becky Lynchvs. Bayley, Iyo Sky & Dakota Kai (WWE Women's Tag Team Champs), Nikki Cross, & Rhea Ripley

Jesse: As I’ve said and picked before, Bayley should be women’s champion, so hopefully this match leads to that. I can see some crazy moves from Kai/Sky in this match but I have a feeling it won’t live up to NXT’s War Games.

W: Damage Control, Nikki Cross, & Rhea Ripley

Lonnie: I really thought this was going to be easy to pick. WWE really likes Rhea and I think Bayley needs to get some type of victory over Bianca. So I was going to pick Damage CTR..........then Becky showed up. I’ve learned to not pick against Becky. Especially when she is in a returning match.

W: Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim, & Becky Lynch

John: Unlike the men's match, I don't like how in this match the teams are just kind of thrown together. Belair/Asuka/Bliss against Damage Control makes sense but the others feel just added for the sake of making it five-on-five. I would of thought Team Bayley for sure but the return of Becky makes me second guess it. I still think it's best for the heels to win long term and I just don't like how the face team was thrown together. I think Ripley will be a big reason for the heels to win. Bayley should finally get one over on Belair in route to another title shot.

W: Damage Control, Nikki Cross, & Rhea Ripley.

Men's War Games Match

The Bloodline vs. The Brawling Brutes, Drew McIntyre, & Kevin Owens

Jesse: There is one thing I am looking forward to in this match and it’s KO and Sami facing off. I hope that the crowd will be hyped for that as well cause it can be a chance to have a moment WWE lives for. This match is also a perfect time to have the Bloodline lose and it won’t affect their status.

W: The Brawling Brutes, Drew McIntyre, & Kevin Owens

Lonnie: I can’t pick against the Bloodline. They are the most dominant faction of at least the last decade and they will win their first war games. The only chance they have of losing is if Jey/Sami get into it. The tribal chief doesn’t lose!!

W: The Bloodline

John: If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. Never bet against the Bloodline. They're easily the most dominant faction in years and I could only see them losing via some Sami/Jey shenanigans. I wouldn't rule that out but I think Reigns will make sure his team gets the victory.

W: The Bloodline
