Our 3 Cents - Elimination Chamber 2021
Welcome back to another edition of Our 3 Cents where myself, Jesse, and Lonnie give you our predictions on what's going to go down. This card feels like it was a rush to complete which is not a good thing.
There are a couple matches on this card that I feel may not actually happen or there will be replacements. With Lacey's pregnancy announcement, I'd be shocked if she faced Asuka. The triple threat between Bobby Lashley, Keith Lee, and Riddle could also be changed due to the status of Lee. However, we have included predictions for those matches because WWE is still advertising them.

Let's take a look at the card:
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match
Sasha Banks (WWE Smackdown Women's Champion) & Bianca Belair vs. Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (champs)
Jesse: So this match kind of materialized on Smackdown. I don’t see Nia and Shayna dropping the titles until they make it to NXT on March 3rd, so therefore I could see Sasha pulling a fast one on Bianca to get a foot up in their feud.
W: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler
Lonnie: This match was a last minute add to help fill up the card, but I do think this match can serve a good purpose. With Jax & Baszler showing up on NXT this week to set up that championship match I feel they will retain to be able to fight Kai and Gonzalez. Also, this tag match will allow Banks or Belair to turn on each other to set up their WrestleMania match. That match needs to be set, and we need one of these ladies to turn heel. Screwing your partner in a tag match is one of the easiest ways for them to accomplish this.
W: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler
John: This strikes me a filler for lots of reasons. 1) It was just announced last night. 2) Nia/Shayna already have a tag title defense against Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez in two weeks. 3) Gives Banks and Belair something to do until they face each other at Mana. Yes, I think Belair will choose Banks. Some miscommunication between Banks and Belair will cost them the match and that will transition into their feud. I'm just interested to see which one of them will be a heel. Money says Banks.
W: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler.
Triple Threat Match for the WWE United States Championship
Riddle vs. Keith Lee vs. Bobby Lashley (champ)
Jesse: Not many words to say about this match outside of it should be entertaining. Riddle isn’t ready for a title, and Lashley should move up to the main event picture so I am putting down Keith Lee as winning.
W: Keith Lee
Lonnie: With Lee missing recently from Raw will this even be a triple threat? I could see it being Riddle and Lashley one on one. I feel like whether it ends up being Riddle or Lee, their big win will come at WrestleMania. I feel like this match will continue the build until Mania where they finally beat Lashley.
W: Bobby Lashley
John: Keith Lee may not even be in the match. It could end up being Lashley vs. Riddle one-on-one. Either way where one-on-one or triple threat, I think Lashley will retain and eventually lose to one of them at Mania. It's a shame if the triple threat doesn't happen because I was really looking forward to the three of these guys just beating the hell out of each other.

WWE Raw Women's Championship Match
Lacey Evans vs. Asuka (champ)
Jesse: Let’s give a round of applause for the best moment of the week with Lacey announcing she is pregnant. That means the Nature Boy still has it. I am not really sure if this match will go on as planned and I see a last minute replacement for Lacey. Therefore I am picking Asuka to retain.
W: Asuka
Lonnie: I assume this match will not happen at all or there will be a replacement for Evans. Asuka leaves with her championship one way or another.
W: Asuka
John: I doubt this match even happens given Lacey's pregnancy announcement. If it does, it's an easy pick as Asuka wins and take the title to WrestleMania. Lacey would have to defend against Charlotte at Mania and no one wants that. Asuka wins. End of story (if it even happens).
W: Asuka
#1 Contenders Elimination Chamber Match
Winner faces Roman Reigns later in the night for the WWE Universal Championship
Jey Uso vs. Kevin Owens vs. King Corbin vs. Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan
Jesse: What an awesome finish to smackdown with all the participants hitting their finishers, so hopefully this chamber lives up to the hype. Through process of elimination once again, King Corbin ain’t winning, KO better not win cause I don’t want to see him vs Roman for the 39th time, Sami won’t win because everyone is out to get him, and I don’t see Uso doing much outside of high flying moves. That leads me to Cesaro and Bryan, 2 guys who have been hot as of late and would make a great match with Roman. If I have to pick I’m going to say Cesaro will win after getting the most eliminations.
W: Cesaro
Lonnie: While I am not sure here, I fear that Owens will win and fight Reigns once again. After their matches of the last few months we don’t need to see them fight again. Regardless whoever wins here is going to lose to Roman. I’d like to see Bryan win but I just doubt it will happen.
W: Kevin Owens
John: If they replaced Corbin with Nakamura, you would have top to bottom the most talented chamber match in history in my opinion. That would of been something. None the less, I expect this to be great given who's involved. Let me first state, none of these guys are beating Reigns. With that said, my heart says let Cesaro have a crack at it because he has been awesome lately and he's way overdue to get an opportunity at the top on a big stage. I have a feeling Owens may win but I really don't want to see a Reigns/Owens match for a while now. Since I'm certain the winner won't beat Reigns, why not give Cesaro a crack at it and see if we can get an awesome match.
W: Cesaro
WWE Universal Championship Match
TBD vs. Roman Reigns (champ)
Jesse: This is simple.....Roman isn’t going to lose the title before WrestleMania. Cesaro will make this a good match and will be just about to win, when Edge will come in and get payback on Roman causing a DQ victory. Could also set up a fun little match between Cesaro and Edge on Smackdown.
W: Roman Reigns
Lonnie: Expect Roman to beat a weakened opponent here and then fully move on to setting up his match with Edge at WrestleMania that they set in motion this past Friday on Smackdown.
W: Roman Reigns
John: I like how they switched it up to show Reigns' power on Smackdown by not having him defend in the chamber simply because he doesn't want to. As for who faces him, I'd like it to be Cesaro or Daniel Bryan but I feel it'll be Kevin Owens. I don't like Kevin Owens taking another lost but I think it'll happen. For the record, I wouldn't pick any of these guys over Reigns at this point if they hadn't gone through the chamber. Going through the chamber will make the winner a sitting duck. I would find it actually funny if Reigns made the winner of the chamber fight him immediately after. That would just add to the greatness that is heel Reigns! Reigns wins and moves on to Edge which they clearly setup on Smackdown.
W: Roman Reigns
Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship
Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus (will enter last) vs. Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Drew McIntyre (champ)
Jesse: Not really sure what to think of this match. On one hand there are a lot of great competitors, then on the other I don’t see Drew losing. Though process of elimination, Kofi will get screwed over by Ali probably, Orton will get Fiend’d, and Hardy is just there for the cool moves. That leaves us with Drew, AJ and Sheamus. AJ would be a great champ, but he’s not winning it at this time, so the final 2 will probably be Sheamus and Drew, with Drew winning and setting up a WrestleMania match between the 2.
W: Drew McIntyre
Lonnie: After Smackdown I am convinced that Edge will fight Roman which leaves Drew open to fighting someone else. With the way the last few weeks have been going I am expecting Drew to fight Sheamus at Mania. The question is......Does Sheamus win the championship here and Drew gets a rematch at Mania or do we continue with Sheamus as the challenger. I feel the safer bet is Drew pulling out the win here and a post match beatdown by a frustrated Sheamus keeping their feud going.
W: Drew McIntyre
John: I honestly this is just another hurdle for Drew McIntyre. Orton and/or Sheamus are the only other two I would consider at this point. Orton will lose because of Alexa Bliss or a returning Fiend. It's possible Sheamus could win and McIntyre gets redemption at WrestleMania but I just don't see it that way. McIntyre wins here and he probably faces Sheamus one-on-one at Mania. Side note: hopefully Miz cashes in and gets Claymored!
W: Drew McIntyre
