On Smackdown, multiple new participants were announced for each Rumble match. You can see below who all is officially entered.

Sasha Banks defeated Reginald on Smackdown. It was announced after that Banks will defend her WWE Smackdown Women's Championship against Carmella at the Royal Rumble.
