The kickoff show panel includes Charly Caruso, Jerry "The King" Lawler, Booker T, "Double J" Jeff Jarrett, and Peter Rosenberg. The panel talks about the three cells matches and the uniqueness of Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso in the cell with "I Quit" rules.
The panel runs down the rest of the matches. A video package shows the build of Bayley vs. Sasha Banks, Jarrett says Bayley needs to win to complete her transformation and Booker picks Bayley because he just doesn't like Banks.
Kayla Braxton interviews Paul Heyman. Heyman basically says Jey Uso will doing Reigns' bidding once Reigns makes Uso quit tonight.
Video package for Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton. Booker picks McIntyre and Jarrett picks Orton.
Sarah Schreiber is backstage with Jeff Hardy. Hardy says he has made plenty mistakes in life but he's proud of everything he's accomplished. He says he didn't hit Elias with the car and he hopes the true culprit is caught. Hardy says the only universal truth Elias should be worried about is the Twist of Fate that hits him tonight.
R-Truth joins the panel! He confuses Jeff Jarrett with Road Dogg. Truth is confused about when his match is. Truth leaves to get ready for Drew Gulak. ELIAS JOINS THE PANEL! He talks about his album releasing tomorrow and beating Hardy tonight. Elias plays a song for Jarrett.
The panel discusses Otis vs. The Miz and we see the court case from Friday's Smackdown. The Miz and John Morrison appear and they talk about how he will win the contract.

R-Truth (champ) vs. Drew Gulak
Truth starts the match stretching and Gulak just stares. Gulak taunts Little Jimmy haha. Gulak "attacks" Little Jimmy. Truth gets pissed and attacks Gulak. Early pin by Truth. Truth beats on Gulak in the corner. All Truth early on. Truth punches Gulak in the corner but Gulak pushes him off and hits Truth with a big clothesline. Gulak works over Truth's leg on the mat. Gulak gets a near fall before going back after Truth's knee. Truth makes it to the rope. Truth battles back and plants Gulak with a slam. FIVE KNUCKLE SHUFFLE BY TRUTH!! TRUTH GOES FOR AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT BY GULAK AVOIDS IT! Truth hits an elbow for a near fall. Gulak avoids a scissor kick and beats on Truth in the corner. Gulak goes for a superplex but Truth escapes it. Truth gets Gulak on his shoulders but Gulak rolls through. TRUTH ROLLS UP GULAK WITH A JACKKNIFE AND GETS THE WIN!!! TRUTH RETAINS!!! Here comes Lucha House Party and Akira Tozawa to chase Truth! Gulak gets a mic from the panel and tells Truth that his childhood hero, John Cena, sucks!! Typical 24/7 stuff here and I feel bad for Gulak because he deserves much better.

The show opens with a video package highlighting all of tonight's matches but the focus is primarily on the cell matches.

"I Quit" Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Universal Championship
Jey Uso vs. Roman Reigns (champ) w/ Paul Heyman
First, I must say that I love that Corey Graves said he is a "realist" and that Jey has no chance. Reigns talks trash early on and they exchange words. They lock and Reigns takes down Uso with a shoulder tackle. Reigns takes control with right hands before hitting a suplex. Reigns is dominating at this point in the match. Uso catches Reigns with a boot in the corner. A right hand by Uso sends Reigns to the outside. Uso dives to the outside sending Reigns into the cell!! Uso gains the upper hand on the outside and sends Reigns into the cell repeatedly! Uso talks trash now. Back in the ring, Uso charges Reigns in the corner but REIGNS RUNS OUT AND SPEARS HIM!!! Reigns tells Uso that in a few minutes he is going to wish he quit. Reigns goes to the outside. Uso hits a baseball slide that sends Reigns into the cell. Reigns quickly stops his momentum and REIGNS HITS ANOTHER SPEAR!! Reigns talks trash. Reigns tries a third spear but USO HITS A SUPER KICK!! USO SPLASH FROM THE TOP!! USO GOES TO THE TOP AGAIN AND HITS ANOTHER SPLASH!! The ref asks Reigns if he quits but he obviously doesn't. Uso grabs a leather strap from under the ring. USO WHIPS REIGNS WITH THE STRAP MULTIPLE TIMES. REIGNS BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND THEN HITS USO WITH A THIRD SPEAR!! Reigns grabs the strap now. REIGNS WHIPS USO WITH THE STRAP NOW. Reigns ties Uso's wrist up in the strap and continues to whip him. Uso tries to fight back and they trade blows. Super kick by Uso! Reigns tries a Superman Punch but Uso uses the strap to avoid it. USO TRIES TO CHOKE OUT REIGNS WITH THE STRAP!! Reigns fades before starting to fight back. Uso finally release but Reigns doesn't quit. Uso grabs a chair. USO GOES TO USE THE CHAIR BUT REIGNS CATCHES HIM WITH A SUPERMAN PUNCH!! REIGNS LOCKS IN THE GUILLOTINE!!! Reigns releases it and Uso isn't moving. The ref asks Uso if he quits but Uso won't say it. Reigns kneels down to Uso and says he can't be held responsible. He tells Uso to not make him do this. Uso still refuses. Reigns pulls Uso over to the apron. DRIVE BY BY REIGNS!! The ref asks Uso again but he still refuses. Punches by Reigns now. Reigns gets the steps and puts them next to Uso's face. REIGNS HITS A DRIVE BY INTO THE STEPS INTO USO'S FACE!! The ref checks on Uso but Uso won't quit. THE REF SAYS HE WANTS TO STOP IT BUT REIGNS WON'T LET HIM. REIGNS THROWS THE REF OUT OF THE RING. ADAM PEARCE AND OTHER OFFICIALS MAKE THEIR WAY INTO THE CELL. Reigns is outside and closes the cell down. Reigns puts the steps into the ring. Reigns puts the steps over top of Uso's body. Reigns talks trash and says all Uso had to do was acknowledge him. Reigns tells Uso that he's going to end him. REIGNS GOES TO HIT JEY WITH THE STEPS AND JIMMY COMES IN THE RING TO COVER HIM! Jimmy asks Reigns what he's doing and says they can fix it. Reigns looks like he's going to cry as he sits on the mat next to Uso. A crying Reigns says he's sorry. Jimmy reaches for Reigns hand and Reigns takes it!!! REIGNS LOCKS JIMMY IN THE GUILLOTINE!!! JEY TRIES TO BREAK IT BUT REIGNS WON'T. JEY QUITS SO REIGNS WILL RELEASE THE GUILLOTINE ON JIMMY!! Reigns stands tall over both Usos. Reigns tells them he loves them as he leaves. As Roman leaves, the Wild Samoans, Afa and Sika, are waiting for him on the ramp and they hug!! Much like their Clash of Champions match, I thought the story telling was much better than the actual wrestling.

Elias vs. Jeff Hardy
Elias treats us to a song before we start but he is obviously interrupted. They lock up and go to the corner. They break before locking up again and Elias cheap shots Hardy. Elias gets the upper hand for a moment but Hardy turns the tide with an atomic drop and takes down Elias for a near fall. Some mat wrestling now by both men with Hardy getting the upper hand. Elias gets to his feet and is able to send Hardy to the outside. Elias sends Hardy into the barricade but Hardy does the same to Elias. Hardy throws Elias in the ring but Elias rolls out the other side. Hardy jumps off the steps but Elias moves and Hardy crashes into the barricade. Hardy barely beats the count. Elias in control in the ring. A shoulder tackle by Elias gets a near fall. Elias locks in a chin lock to wear down Hardy. Hardy gets to his feet and connects with a mule kick. Hardy battles back and hits a clothesline. Inverted atomic drop and double leg drop by Hardy! Drop kick by Hardy but he only gets a near fall. ELIAS AVOIDS TWIST OF FATE. Elias gets Hardy in an electric chair and turns it into a power bomb!! Elias runs into an elbow by Hardy. HARDY CONNECTS WITH WHISPER IN THE WIND!! 1...2...NO!! HARDY HITS TWIST OF FATE!! Hardy goes to the top but Elias rolls to the apron before rolling to the floor. Hardy comes down. ELIAS GRABS HITS GUITAR BUT HARDY STEALS IT AND DECKS ELIAS WITH IT AND THE REF CALLS FOR THE BELL!! ELIAS WINS!! Hardy stomps the guitar afterwards. Elias definitely needed to win this in my opinion but I think he would of benefited more from a pinfall win.

Kayla Braxton interview Otis and Tucker. He talks about everything Miz has done to him. Otis angry and that's bad for Miz.
Money in the Bank Contract Match
The Miz w/ John Morrison vs. Otis (2020 Money in the Bank winner) w/ Tucker
Otis backs Miz into the corner right away and beats on him before throwing him across the ring. Shoulder tackle by Otis in the opposite corner. All Otis early and he gets a near fall. Miz counters and tries a Skull Crushing Finale early with no success. Miz tries to use his speed but has no luck. Miz begs off before sending Otis to the outside. Miz misses a kick to the outside and Otis clotheslines Miz on the floor. Otis bounces Miz off the announce table twice before they go back in the ring. Morrison distracts Otis allowing Miz to hit a kick and a DDT for a near fall. Miz chokes Otis and then Morrison gets a cheap shot in. Why doesn't Tucker stop that? "It" kicks by Miz before he hit a clothesline in the corner. Near fall for Miz. Otis tries fighting back but Miz locks in a sleeper. Otis starts fading. Otis escapes but Miz connects with a boot taking down Otis. "It" kicks by Miz but Otis no sells them. Otis is getting more pumped with each kick Miz delivers. Otis builds momentum. Otis plants Miz and squashes him in the corner. OTIS GOES FOR THE CATERPILLAR BUT MORRISON PULLS MIZ OUT OF THE RING. Otis chases Morrison around the ring before throwing Miz back in the ring. Miz connects with a kick but runs into a back elbow. MORRISON GOES TO HIT OTIS WITH THE BRIEFCASE BUT THE REF SEES IT AND EJECTS MORRISON!! Otis rolls up Miz for a near fall. Otis hits a discus clothesline for another near fall. MIZ KICKS OTIS INTO THE ROPES AND TUCKER NAILS OTIS WITH THE BRIEFCASE!! MIZ PINS OTIS FOR THE WIN!! Tucker stares down Otis as Miz celebrates. I didn't like this whole angle. I suppose Miz is better option than Otis to carry the contract but I'm not a fan of either carrying it at the moment. Otis has lost everything now.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton catches up with a celebrating Miz and John Morrison. Miz says he will not blow this golden opportunity and he puts the WWE champion and Universal champion on notice. Miz says Otis took the briefcase and Tucker for granted. TUCKER IS HERE. He says they were suppose to be a team but he was the workhorse. Tucker says Otis always has the spotlight and not him. Tucker says Otis is nothing without him. OTIS IS HERE AND THEY START BRAWLING!!

Sasha Banks vs. Bayley (champ)
Banks hits Bayley before the bell rings and Bayley's chair flies out of the ring. The cell lowers down and we get started. All Banks early on as she beats the hell out of Bayley. BANKS LOCKS IN THE BANK STATEMENT EARLY BUT BAYKEY BITES HER TO BREAK IT. Bayley rolls to the outside. Banks goes after her but Bayley rams Banks into the cell twice. Bayley gets a kendo stick but misses when she goes to hit Banks. Banks takes it from her and throws it outside the cell. Bayley hits Banks with an elbow to the throat. Bayley gets another kendo stick but Banks takes it from here. Big kick by Banks and Banks gets a table from under the ring. She sets it up but Bayley attacks her. They fight over the table but Banks drives Bayley into the cell using the table. BANKS SCALES THE TABLE AND HITS BAYLEY WITH A METEORA DRIVING BAYLEY INTO THE CELL!! In the ring, BANKS HITS ANOTHER METEORA FROM THE TOP!! 1...2...NO!! Banks tries to use a chair but Bayley avoids it. Bayley sends Banks to the outside where Banks lands hard. Bayley grabs a chair but misses Banks on the outside. Banks uses her knees to drive Bayley into the cell. Bayley hangs Banks up across the middle rope. With both ladies on the apron, Bayley tries to send Banks in to the cell but she scales it. Banks has the upper hand for now. Banks kicks Bayley into the steps and Bayley hits hard. Banks grabs two kendo sticks from under the ring and makes a bridge with them from the steps through the cell wall. Both ladies try suplexing the other onto the kendo sticks but neither is successful. Bayley uses a drop toe hold and Banks goes into the steps. Bayley sets up the kendo stick bridge again and catapults Banks into them!! Back in the ring, Bayley gets a near fall. Bayley targets the neck of Banks and hits a neck breaker. Near fall for Bayley. Bayley tries to suplex Banks on the apron but Banks blocks and SUNSET FLIP POWER BOMBS BAYLEY INTO THE CELL!! Near fall for Banks back in the ring. Banks tries a camel clutch using the chair similar to how she made Bayley sign the contract on Smackdown but Bayley escapes by pulling Banks' leg from under her and Banks hits the chair face first. Banks battles back and sends Bayley face first into a chair in the corner. BAYLEY SUNSET FLIP BOMBS BANKS INTO THE CORNER INTO THE CHAIR!! 1...2...NO!! Bayley goes up to the top rope and HITS THE FLYING ELBOW!! 1...2...NO!! Banks gets to her feet and HITS THE BACK STABBER TO BAYLEY AND LOCKS IN THE BANK STATEMENT!! Bayley is able to get out of the ring and ties Banks up in the ring skirt. Bayley sends Banks into the ring beam before using the kendo stick on her!! BAYLEY GRABS ROPE AND DUCT TAPE!! Bayley tapes two kendo sticks together making one long one. She makes a bridge with it from the ring to the cell. Bayley goes to get Banks but BANKS USES A FIRE EXTINGUISHER ON HER!! Bayley is at the cell door complaining she can't see. Bayley grabs her chair and brings it in the cell but Banks grabs it. BANKS GOES CRAZY ON BAYLEY!! Banks throws Bayley into the cell repeatedly. BANKS HITS A METEORA TO BAYLEY INTO THE CELL. Banks puts Bayley in the ring and grabs a kendo stick before going back in the ring. BANKS WEARS BAYLEY OUT WITH THE KENDO STICK!! Bayley crawls towards a chair but Banks stomps her. Banks goes to the top. BANKS GOES FOR A FROG SPLASH BUT BAYLEY GETS THE CHAIR UP!! Bayley crawls out of the ring. Banks follows her out there but BAYLEY HITS BANKS WITH A ROSE PLANT ON THE OUTSIDE. Back in the ring, Bayley gets a near fall! Bayley throws Banks to the outside and Bayley gets a ladder from under the ring! Bayley sets the ladder across two chairs. Banks makes it back in the ring but Bayley drops Banks face first across the ladder. BAYLEY GETS A CAN OF SPRAY PAINT AND PAINTS A "X" ACROSS BANKS CHEST. Bayle goes to the top with a chair. BAYLEY COMES OFF THE TOP BUT BANKS MOVES! METEROA BY BANKS!! BANKS HITS BAYLEY WITH THE BAYLEY TO BELLY!!! 1...2...NO!!! Banks is frustrated. Bayley hits a running knee. BAYLEY HITS BANKS WITH THE BAYLEY TO BELLY!!! 1...2...NO!!! Bayley hits Banks in the back with a chair twice. BAYLEY TRIES BAYLEY TO BELLY USING A CHAIR BUT BANKS COUNTERS!! BANKS LOCKS BAYLEY IN THE BANKE STATEMENT USING THE CHAIR!! BANKS STOMPS THE CHAIR AND BAYLEY HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO TAP OUT!!! Banks celebrates by standing with a foot on Bayley and holds the title up in the air. Banks celebrates on the ramp while Bayley sits in the ring upset. Wow!! Match of the night by a long shot! This was amazing and these ladies killed it!

Charly Caruso talks to the Hurt Business backstage. Lashley will represent the Hurt Business and they want to take on Slapjack from Retribution. MVP wants to raise the stakes. The rest of the Hurt Business and Retribution will be banned from ringside and it will be a WWE United States Championship match.

Bobby Lashley (champ) vs. Slapjack
Slapjack charges Lashley right away but Lashley tosses him into the corner. Big shoulder to the midsection of Slapjack by Lashley. Lashley continues to beat on him in the corner. Lashley sends Slapjack hard into the opposite corner. Stalling vertical suplex by Lashley. Lashley pulls at Slapjack's mask in the corner. Slapjack avoids Lashley and sends Lashley face first into the turnbuckle. Cannonball by Slapjack and he tries a pin but Lashley is to close to the ropes. Slapjack hits a Tornado DDT for a near fall. Slapjack goes to the top but Lashley cuts him off and throws him off the top. Clotheslines by Lashley followed by a belly to belly. SPINE BUSTER BY LASHLEY!! LASHLEY LOCKS IN THE HURT LOCK AND SLAPJACK TAPS!! LASHLEY RETAINS!! RETRIBUTION HITS THE RING TO ATTACK LASHLEY!! Lashley holds his own!! Ali goes to attack Lashley but the rest of the Hurt Business is here. Retribution bails and they all look like chumps!! No one is taking these guys seriously.

Drew McIntyre (champ) vs. Randy Orton
Orton tries to surprise McIntyre by attacking him before they get in the cell. They fight around the cell and Orton tries to put McIntyre through the announce table but McIntyre blocks it. They fight around the cell back to the door. McIntyre puts Orton inside the cell and closes the door. The ref locks the door. We're officially started now. They trade blows in the middle of the ring. McIntyre lights up Orton in the corner with chops. Orton tries a RKO but McIntyre avoids it and clothesline Orton to the outside. McIntyre goes outside and drives Orton into the cell twice. McIntyre smashes Orton's face against the cell and gets a near fall back in the ring. They go back outside where McIntyre picks Orton up and rams him back first into the cell and into the post. McIntyre gets a chair and hits Orton in the midsection and in the back with it. McIntyre gets the steps and hits Orton in the face with them. McIntyre throws the steps at Orton but Orton moves out of the way and rolls back in the ring. McIntyre gets in the ring and sets up for a Claymore. ORTON MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND HITS MCINTYRE WITH A CHAIR!! Orton delivers a few more chair shots before driving the chair into McIntyre's jaw. Orton catapults McIntyre into the bottom rope when McIntyre was laying on the apron. With McIntyre on the steps, Orton stomps on his hand. Orton rakes McIntyre's face against the cell now while talking trash. Orton sends McIntyre into the steps. Orton tries to send McIntyre into the steps again but McIntyre blocks it. Glasgow Kiss by McIntyre but then Orton thumbs McIntyre in the eye. Orton sends McIntyre shoulder first into the steps. The pace has slowed down and Orton sets up a table against the cell. Orton rolls into the ring to go after McIntyre but McIntyre fights back to his feet. Punches and chops by McIntyre but Orton catches him with a back breaker. Orton pins but only gets a 1 count. Orton taunts McIntyre then both men trade blows. McIntyre gets the upper hand and plants Orton with an overhead belly to belly. Another belly to belly throw by McIntyre. McIntyre tries a Future Shock DDT but Orton counters and then McIntyre recounters with a neck breaker. Kip up by McIntyre. McIntyre lifts Orton but Orton escapes to the outside. McIntyre chases after him. MCINTYRE BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEXES ORTON THROUGH THE TABLE THAT WAS SET UP AGAINST THE CELL!! Back in the ring, Orton uses the ropes to low blow McIntyre! HANGING DDT BY ORTON BUT MCINTYRE KICKS OUT AT 1!! Orton rolls out of the ring and gets bolt cutters. ORTON CUTS THE LOCK OFF THE DOOR! Orton leaves the cell and walks up the ramp but McIntyre follows him and attacks. McIntyre sends Orton into the barricade. They battle up the ramp and then Orton sends McIntyre into the side of the cell. ORTON LOOKS UP AT THE TOP OF THE CELL AND BEGINS TO CLIMB. ORTON GETS THE TOP AND CHALLENGES MCINTYRE TO GO UP. MCINTYRE BEGINS CLIMBING. They have a stare down at the top. Orton picks up a pipe and swings but McIntyre tackles him. Orton hits McIntyre in the leg with the pipe. ORTON STARTS CLIMBING DOWN ON THE COMMENTARY SIDE. MCINTYRE STARTS CLIMBING DOWN TOO. Orton sends McIntyre face first into the cell twice. ORTON KNOCKS MCINTYRE OFF THE CELL AND HE CRASHES THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!! Orton climbs the rest of the way down. MCINTYRE IS BLEEDING FROM THE MOUTH. McIntyre is trying to crawl around the cell as Orton stalks him. McIntyre drags himself back in the cell and Orton puts him back in the ring. ORTON STALKS MCINTYRE AND SETS UP FOR A RKO. McIntyre counters into a backslide for a near fall. CLAYMORE BY MCINTYRE!!! ORTON FALLS OUT OF THE RING!! McIntyre goes out and picks up Orton and puts him back in the ring. MCINTYRE SETS UP FOR ANOTHER CLAYMORE BUT ORTON DUCKS IT!! ORTON HITS A RKO!!! 1...2...3!!! Orton is a 14x champ!! Orton finally does it. I'm guessing the feud may continue as McIntyre will want revenge.

Overall Rating: 6.5/10
Lots of stuff on this pay-per-view wasn't that good. Reigns/Uso was a great story again but I didn't love it as a match. The main event was good but I expected better honestly. I was hoping it would be the end of this feud because that's what hell in a cell should be. However, I feel like it may continue. Speaking of the main event, it must be said that Bayley/Banks SHOULD OF BEEN THE MAIN EVENT AND THEY PROVED IT!! The ladies knocked it out of the park! The Miz got the contract but the match was forgettable. Tucker turned on Otis so Otis has nothing now. Retribution continues to suck and Elias/Hardy would of been better with a decisive winner.
