Halloween Havoc Returning; Main Event Set!

It was announced on NXT tonight that Halloween Havoc will be returning this year on October 26th. NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa made the announcement during a promo and he wanted to know who had the balls to challenge him for the NXT Championship. Bron Breakker came to the ring to accept the challenge.
