Balor's Demon to face Reigns at Extreme Rules!

Finn Balor's "Demon" persona made his return on Smackdown (9/10) and confronted Roman Reigns. After Smackdown was over, it became official that at Extreme Rules it'll be the Demon facing Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.
